The present terms and conditions will regulate the sale process of the online store limpiezayproductos.es owned by PROMOPASTOR S.L.

The realization of an order in our shop implies the unreserved acceptance of the terms and conditions here specified by the client. These conditions will apply to any order you make.

The interpretation and execution of the conditions are subject to Spanish Legislation.

The prices that appear published in limpiezayproductos.es are valid except for typographical errors. In addition, all prices associated with each product have VAT included. Each client that makes an order in cleaning and products will receive a proof of payment of the order with the details of the products purchased. In addition, customers who request it will receive an invoice for the order with the data they provide.

The order will be delivered to the person and at the address indicated in the order. There will be no delivery of orders on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The delay of an order will not imply or cancel the order or compensation.

limpiezayproductos.es will not be responsible for errors caused in the delivery when the delivery address entered by the customer in the respective order form, does not exist or does not conform to reality or have been omitted data.

The order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers it to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt. An order can only be canceled before limpiezayproductos.es  confirm the client’s shipment.

The customer will receive an email confirming the departure of the order from our warehouses to your home. In this email you will be provided with the tracking number of the shipment to be able to track the order on the transport agency’s website. After two attempts to deliver the order at the address specified by the customer, it will be returned to our company and the customer will assume the initial shipping costs of the product. The customer can choose between different payment methods:

-Paypal.

If a product due to force majeure was not available after the purchase was made limpiezayproductos.es will proceed to contact the customer to reimburse him the corresponding amount.
